Job Reference CDM1 We have an exciting opportunity to work across our London clinics for an experienced senior nurse or deputy who is looking to make the next move in their career and progress to Clinic Development Manager. The role of Clinic Development Manager is an Area support role available to candidates that feel they are ready to take the next step in their development, and may be considering their suitability for the role of Clinic Manager (CM) at some point in the future. The Clinic Development Manager will act as a mentor for the clinic team and work alongside them in a clinical capacity. They will identify, celebrate and share best practice. They will support the current team to appraise their own performance and identify areas for development. They will provide specialist nursing knowledge and skills to enable junior members of the nursing team to develop their skills and knowledge further. REQUIREMENTS: * Level 1 Nurse Registered with the NMC * Post basic qualification in renal nursing such as diploma, ENB Course 136 or equivalent * ENB998 or equivalent (teaching/assessing) * Educated to Degree level or equivalent or working towards a degree. * At least 5 years' experience in Haemodialysis including working 2 years at a Senior level * Experience of managing and leading a team of specialist nurses and practitioners * Good communication skills (Written and Spoken) * Good knowledge and ability in the use of MS Office COME GROW WITH US!
