Our online marketplace helps care homes fill rota gaps without the need for expensive recruitment agencies. Launched in 2017, we now work with over 50,000 nurses and carers and over 600 care home locations across England, Scotland and Wales. Nurses and carers have worked almost 1 million hours and earned more than 20million by booking shifts through Florence. About the Performance Marketing Manager role The Performance Marketing Manager position is a new role in Florence. You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and while you wont yet have any direct reports, you will need to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. You will be joining a team of 4 marketing professionals. You will spend most of your time on a new product launch. So you will need to be entrepreneurial with energy and motivation to take a product from conception to launch and beyond. We work in a fast-paced startup environment which will suit dynamic and results-driven people. Innovation is at the heart of what we do and we look for people who love fresh challenges and have a logical data-driven way of solving them. This is not a role for the faint-hearted. You will work hard to build and maintain traction within the social care sector. You will have all the support you need from the wider business but you will be someone that loves accountability and loves owning big responsibilities. You will be a strong performance marketer with a proven track record of creating and delivering successful paid campaigns (in particular Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter advertising). You will also be an expert in Demand gen and be able to use content, SEO, social media, case studies etc to drive awareness and ultimately new customers. We are big on email marketing so you will be an expert in not only creating high converting emails but also using marketing automation to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time. We use Hubspot but if you have used Marketo, Pardot, Drip etc wed love to speak with you. You will work closely with the Customer Success, Business Development and Product teams so you should be comfortable with working in multi-disciplinary teams. Key responsibilities * You will develop a performance marketing strategy leveraging creative and tech to deliver personalised campaigns across various acquisition channels. * You will define the growth roadmap that continually tests acquisition channels and determines which are scalable and profitable. * You will build profitable, high impact marketing campaigns that drive growth inexpensively (and innovatively) * You will initiate, measure and report on the ROI/ROAS of each channel * You will have a deep understanding and empathy for our customers. You will look for opportunities to delight our users so that they become our most profitable channel * You will know the marketing funnel intimately but if youve graduated to the marketing flywheel you will know that customers are the most important input (as opposed to output) and will understand how to use them to deliver growth * You will be creating and executing Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter Ad campaigns (search and display) so you should have significant experience with these channels * You will be developing high impact, engaging emails that deliver value to our prospects at different stages of their journey through the product * You will work closely with the Head of Content to implement compelling SEO strategies that drive organic growth * You will work very closely with the Product Team to design and execute product marketing strategies that drive growth * We are a 2-sided marketplace with 3 distinct customer groups. You will need to craft your messages so that they resonate with each persona Whilst much of your effort may be spent at top of funnel (awareness and acquisition) you will have an understanding of retention strategies and will be able to create campaigns that help reduce churn Requirements About You To succeed in this role you will need the following: * 5+ years digital marketing experience specifically within a SAAS environment and budgetary responsibility of at least 250K/year * Previous line management experience is desirable (but not essential) * Proven track record of delivering demand-generation campaigns * Campaign management from inception to completion * Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and successfully launch new products in an agile environment * Degree educated or equivalent * You will have an entrepreneurial and indomitable spirit; excited by the huge challenges before us * You will be able to demonstrate continuous learning and self-deve
