Job Description

Building Services Engineer Bodmin My client is a mid-size FM and Maintenance provider, they are currently seeking a building services engineer to join an established team. You will have an electrical qualification as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance. Sector: Health Duties will include changing lights, leds, strip, globes, changing sockets and data points, fault finding back to fuse boards, changing light switches, electrical fans, fire alarm test, emergency lighting tests, general fabric duties including blockages, changing toilet furniture, taps, washers, TMV maintenance, changing flush handles, flushing the system, changing locks, handles, door closures, escorting sub-contractors, general paper work and updating the PDA, working with colleagues and clients. Salary is competitive depending on experience, with a call out rota and overtime. Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4pm on a Friday.
