Job Description
Our client is a global Real Estate Service Provider with a strong presence in the UK market, among its property portfolio it manages some of London's most prestigious buildings. It is currently looking to hire a Deputy Engineering Manager to join the Engineering team based at a high-profile skyscraper in the City of London. As the Deputy Engineering Manager, you will report into the Client Director to help set up effective management systems and procedures in the delivery and continuity of service of the Mechanical, Electrical, Transport and Public Health Services to the Tenant, while protecting and enhancing landlord assets within the Building / Estate. The Deputy Engineering Manager will effectively help oversee the specialist M&E contractors that carry out the planned and reactive maintenance to this iconic commercial high-rise building. You will organise and attend monthly meetings with the contractors, ensure compliance and risk assessments are being met. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Engineering Manager looking for a new challenge in one of London's special high-rise towers in the City. It would also suit a Maintenance Supervisor working for a Service Provider who is looking to work on the client-side. The successful Deputy Engineering Manager must have a solid engineering background, strong people management, organisational and excellent communication skills.
