We are in a state of transformation and, as we evolve, we are excited about what tomorrow will bring. We are currently seeking a Network Engineer to join our IT Team in our London or Watford office . Working within a large IT team distributed across the UK and our offices in Australia you will be responsible for supporting GBST's global hybrid network, providing network consultancy for internal and external clients and for remote management of networking. Our global IT Team provides systems support services to both internal teams and external managed service customers. The environment is dynamic, complex and challenging. Do you have what it takes and can you rise to the challenge? You will: * Define standards for adoption of Public Cloud technology and provide input into the company's hybrid cloud architecture and roadmaps * Manage and configure Palo Alto Network and Cisco ASA firewalls * Provide Network consultancy for internal and external clients. * Manage, monitor and administer GBST's WAN services including VPNs. * Manage, monitor and administer the LAN infrastructure, including internal data cabling. * Manage GBST's Network Security. * Research alternatives to current solutions where appropriate. * Focus on understanding internal and external customer requirements by improving the right processes for the right reasons. *
