Job Description
JLL are acknowledged industry specialists in Property and Asset Management for property investors, and our Managed Services business line is dedicated simply to adding value to our clients' assets, reducing operational risk, and maximising value for money in the delivery of high quality landlord services to occupational tenants. The role is a key part of our Managed Services Transformation Programme, working within the Asset Services function and closely with the Transformation Team and wider business, co-ordinating and supporting the delivery of our change activity. What this job involves; * Supporting and coaching colleagues within Asset Services to ensure engagement, involvement and skill development for lasting effective organisational change. * Work with the Transformation Team to support the development and execution of the Managed Services Transformation Programme within the Asset Services function, including assessing the level and type of resource necessary to deliver the change. * Act as the lead for the change network within Asset Services. Organise, support and manage business SMEs, and end users, to be clear on the purpose of their role, the reason for change, how the change effects them and their colleagues and to contribute effectively to the delivery of change activity. * Train and coach business SMEs and end users to understand the change, what it means for their ways of working and how they can adopt and embrace it. * Proactively identify resistance to change and target interventions to address and reduce the likelihood of resistance. * Work with senior leaders and other stakeholders to gain buy-in and ongoing support for change initiatives. * Work collaboratively to implement change through a matrix environment. * Able to assess and understand the impact of changes to process and system and the challenges to adoption, including overloading, capability gaps and cultural alignment. * Actively identify, quantify and record all risks, issues and opportunities on applicable initiatives and projects. To apply you need to be/have: * High energy, tenacious, with a passion for delivering change. * Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure. * Strong change management experience, with an understanding of the nature of change, how it impacts people and how to ensure colleagues can successfully adopt new ways of working. * Understand the importance and experience of communication strategies and plans to deliver successful change. * Experience working with international and cross cultural teams, leading virtual teams and groups where there is no direct reporting relationship. * Experience working with and influencing / coaching senior stakeholders within an organisation. * Strong organisational skills, including multi-tasking and time management, able to prioritise conflicting demands to meet challenging deadlines. * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills * Exposure to Project Management tools and techniques * Workshop delivery and facilitation experience * Relevant professional experience with Microsoft Office suite What you can expect from us You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
