Job Description
Business Development Manager for a 5 Star Hotel in Berkshire Our Client: A World class 5-star luxurious hotel has just opened in Berkshire is looking for a dedicated and passionate Business Development Manager that has an outstanding ability to manage and create relationships to drive business for the Hotel. Salary & Benefits: * £35,000 per annum plus highly competitive bonus scheme * 28 days Holiday * Pension scheme * Excellent benefits * Discount on food & overnight stays Responsibilities: * Liasing with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and and create action plans to exceed budgets * Attend network events * Exceptional customer service * Follow all procedures and maintain the high standards * Working with all departments to develop the business and increase upselling The Individual: * Proven track record in Hotel sales * Excellent communication skills * The successful individual must have a "can do attitude," be able to multi-task and to work to strict guidelines. * A level of flexibility to work schedule is required and we are looking for someone who is happy to be on the road 3-4 days a week.
