Whether a large corporate, small-medium enterprise or an ambitious startup, Thridium delivers bespoke technology development services with the same rigor, commitment and quality. We have some amazing projects starting soon (1st September) and we are looking to grow and establish our presence in London. Focus of the role: This is a project management role that includes a lot of creativity and ideation as it will focus on working on some ambitious Open Innovation Projects (Innovate UK and H2020). Apart from ensuring the projects you take on are on track (producing deliverables, attending meetings/reviews), you will be required to come up with new ideas and lead/support the preparation of new bids in national and European programs. Building partnerships and win-win relationships will be critical in the success of the role. Requirements In order to succeed in this role the successful candidate will need to possess: * "Can do it" attitude and being committed to achieving her/his goals. * Ability to think out of the box, quickly finding solutions to problems while maintaining a firm hold and understanding of the bigger picture. * Organizational and planning skills. * Accountability - owning the result. Background * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. * MSc in either Engineering/Computer Science or Innovation/Entrepreneurship. * 5 years experience in a similar role. * Able to work and manage engineering teams.
