Due to the continued growth of the business, we are currently looking for a passionate, driven and energetic HRIS/SuccessFactors specialist to join the organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract to help implement SuccessFactors, drive automation and improved functionality, as well as assisting the business with the digitalisation of the HR function. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and will thrive in a fast- paced environment, they will also be process oriented and have a keen eye for detail and passion for HR systems (SuccessFactors), process efficiency and all things HR technology. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take technical ownership of our HR system and steer the implementation of SuccessFactors across our global offices, and in a continually evolving function. You will work with senior HR leaders to ensure the successful implementation of SuccessFactors. The beauty of working with a business investing in new HR technology means you will have real opportunity to add value to the business through working on process mapping, system optimisation, system integration, improved functionality, enhanced user experience and automated/bespoke reporting. Hands on SuccessFactors implementation experience is essential. Main Responsibilities (not limited to): * Be key technical lead on our SuccessFactors implementation, managing engagements with our implementation partner and HR team at EMI to ensure a successful delivery * Designing, implementing and supporting HR business process configuration in an SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) environment * Closely manage the relationship with our implementation partner, holding them to account for building a HCM platform that meets our future needs * Provide best-practice guidance on HR business process and SuccessFactors system processes throughout the project * Take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. * Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate. * Configuration & development in SuccessFactors HRIS platform as required * Train end-users on SuccessFactors HCM and on specific HR processes Requirements * Proven experience with HRIS systems support * Strong knowledge of HR best practices across HR employee lifecycle processes * Experience in analysing and cleansing large quantities of data to produce workable business solutions * Ability to identify process efficiencies i.e. data flow across HR systems * Strong analytical skills (high level of SuccessFactors reporting capability) * Clear communicator, particularly when explaining complex technical principles to non-technical audiences * Experience in UAT and regression system testing * Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables, some larger with longer timelines and others requiring immediate attention and completion * Critical thinker with strong time-management, organisation, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines * Experience in globally distributed environment * Educated to degree level (or equivalent) * Strong experience of working within an agile environment * Experience working on bespoke software solutions or products in a software house environment A full job description will be sent to successful candidates.
