Overview of role The Human Resources division are looking for an experienced Workday Analyst to join their HR Systems team. This team is responsible for all HR systems within Rothschild & Co. Within Workday the HR Systems teams is responsible for implementing new modules, improving existing features and supporting the overall Workday platform. Within Workday we are live with HCM, Performance, Recruitment, Absence, Time Tracking and Learning. This role requires a technical individual with at least three years of Workday experience who communicates well and brings strong relationship building skills to manage stakeholders across the various businesses and HR. There is a separate Business Analysis team who work on Workday projects, but the successful candidate will be expected to complete some Business Analysis to source requirements. The successful candidate will be service oriented, able to demonstrate technical aptitude, attention to detail and enthusiasm for delivering high quality analytical work as well as a pro-active ability to work independently to a high standard. They will be part of a team empowering the adoption of Workday to both HR and Business users. Responsibilities * Work as part of the HR Systems team to implement new Workday modules and features * Liaise closely with the IT Business Analyst team who will gather the requirements for Workday changes * Work directly with HR and Business users to complete Business Analysis work on small changes * Day-to-day support of Workday * Organisational structure and re-organisation projects * Support for the bi-annual Workday upgrades Experience, Skills and Competencies Required * A minimum of three years broad Workday experience * Experience in Workday HCM essential with experience in other modules implemented at Rothschild & Co desirable * Working knowledge of the Workday security model * Experience of working on Workday data management projects and/or support tasks * Strong data analysis skills essential as the role will involve being part of project team looking at HR data (which will predominantly come from Workday) * Capable of working independently and possessing sound judgment in order to escalate matters to senior management where appropriate * Ability to work in a fast-paced organisation with demanding stakeholders in multiple locations across the globe * Delivery focused with the primary aim to deliver great software to our customers whilst having the ability to work under pressure on multiple deliverables with differing timeframes and solutions * Highly motivated individual ready to overcome barriers and obstacles to reach their goals * Proven verbal and written communication skills * Build and develop strong client relationships
