Hometrack delivers the market leading valuation service to lenders and across the property technology and financial technology industries. Our key commercial and go to market segment is in financial services, primarily mortgage lenders including 9 of the top 10 mortgage providers. public sector, real estate investors, developers, and real estate professionals. This is a London based role line reporting to the VP Commercial, but supporting both his Financial Services and Property Data Services team leads and the broader team. The Sales Operations Manager will be the first point of contact for support queries across Hometrack's client range and will act to enable all aspects of the teams administrative support including lead allocation, outbound sales campaign monitoring, in flight administrative support for opportunities, registration of contracts and management MI. The right candidate will need to act as a safe pair of hands in delivering a trusted, accurate, and consistent client experience. This is a crucial role within the Commercial team and requires excellent attention to detail, time management and communication skills. Requirements * Minimum of 3 years' in a relevant role and experience of working in a corporate environment * Manage efficiently the incoming enquiries from the Hometrack website and inbound calls, allocating them across the team according to agreed procedures. * Coordinating tracking of outbound lead campaigns run by the sales and account management team. * Setting up of new client accounts/change existing accounts as requested * Manage and develop the monthly management information requirements for the Commercial team * Reporting on all profiles of clients and activity on a regular basis, and regular monitoring of Salesforce * Ensure accuracy of contracts/NDA's are signed and logged * Support the team with client assurance requests * Communicate effectively with internal & external customers; maintain solid client relationships and providing outstanding customer service. * Follow up client queries within 24 hours * Support the Commercial team with external event management liaising with Product Marketing * Define and development process documentation * Keeping up to date in terms of industry and marketplace knowledge Essential Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills & ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels in the organisation * Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines * Works well independently and in a team environment but self-driven to achieve personal targets * Communicating effectively with both internal and external customers and engaging constructively in team meetings with ideas to deliver success * Demonstrating agility to juggle multiple tasks and rapidly adapting in our evolving business environment * Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word and PowerPoint * Ability to work under pressure & too tight deadlines * Self-motivated and has a positive and pro-active attitude * Team player with good interpersonal skills Desired Skills * Understanding of the Financial Services marketplace * Knowledge of the Mortgage, Valuation and Conveyancing Process * Knowledge of Real Estate and Developer Markets * Proficient in Power Bi and Salesforce Benefits * 25 days annual leave * Birthday and house move days off * Private health and dental * Gym on site in London - or membership in regional offices * Up to 7.5% pension contribution by the company * Free breakfast and afternoon snacks * Friday evening drinks * Discretionary annual bonus up to 10% of base salary * Training and development programs * Talent referral bonus up to 5K * In house massage / nail treatments available
