We are now seeking a Finance Business Partner to assists the preparation of internal/external financial reports, Board of Directors materials, monthly financial analysis materials, and provide ad hoc analysis for the organisation. In addition, the Finance Business Partner will help maintain and build revenue and cost models to help support Business decision making and support the teams to achieve their goals. The role - what you'll do: * Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures * Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance * Oversee the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modelling tools * Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI for various investment decisions * Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes * Supporting the finance business partner team and the Finance Director with in-depth analysis Requirements About you - what we are looking for: * Qualified accountant preferred (ideally CIMA) * Strong financial modelling experience * Ability to own a sizeable forecasting and budgeting process / cycle and demonstrable track record of completing this several times * Strong business partnering skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with non-finance colleagues * Ideally a background working with a fast-paced technology business (SaaS experience a distinct advantage) * Resilience to change, with the flexibility and adaptability to focus on the key deliverables in times of uncertainty Benefits What we will give you - the perks: Receipt Bank is defined by its people.
