Role: Band 5 Nurse, Newly Qualified Nurse, RGN and Registered Nurse location: Surrey - commutable form south London Type of contract: Perm - 12 hr shifts Salary: £24,500 - £31,500 a year The role. A unique opportunity has come up for a newly qualified Nurse at a band 5 to join a stable team at a specialist centre in Surrey. You will be working on the ward in this unit, you will be working in partnership with the NHS. You will be working with patients who have single organ failure who need long term care. You will support the team, working together to bring patients back into the community and in their own home. You will enjoy the relationships that you build on by working 2:1 with patients and staff ratio and get to know family, friends and carers of the patients as well as those you will be supporting. Atmosphere. Due to the specialised environment the team have become very close and supportive of staff. Long and short term staff feel a ' family like working environment. You will be apart of a Strong established specialist team in a leading specialist hospital.
