Job Description

Sexual Health Hounslow are looking to recruit Band 8a Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Do you have contemporary clinical experience in sexual health, contraception and/or HIV? Working flexibly across the service the post holder will ensure that they provide a patient focused service at all times. We are looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in across an innovative HIV and sexual health service across 3 sites. In return you will join a team of friendly skilled experienced Doctors, nurses, health advisers and admin staff responsible for delivering a high standard of care to patients. We have a full in-house Audit and Multidisciplinary Education programme. Please see the attached job description and person specification.
