Agile Delivery Manager - London A permanent Agile Delivery Manager is required to join a big data business who provide real time insights into the pharmaceutical industry as well as medical device industry. They are a global organisation going through a digital transformation seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to take a critical role in a strategic technology project. As an Agile Delivery Manager you will be responsible for implementing and managing effective Agile Delivery processes as well as training and mentoring of technology teams and key stakeholders. Key Skills, Requirements & Experience: * Scrum Master certification level 1 (CSM / PSM I) * Minimum of 5 years experience as a Scrum Master, supporting multiple software development teams on & offshore * Strong experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies * Excellent communication and mentoring skills * Good track record with continuous improvement, removing impediments, empowering teams, managing stakeholders and providing transparency to the business * JIRA and Confluence If this is an opportunity you are interested in please do not hesitate to apply, or alternatively please email m.jenkins@gravitasgroup.com and I will be in contact.
