Company Description Home Instead Senior Care is the world's leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. With minimum visits of one hour, award winning training and an excellent reputation we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide. We match our CAREGivers to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enables us to provide personalised support. We do require our CAREGivers to have transport to enable you to visit clients in locations that are poorly serviced by public transport. Job Description We are anticipating a future growth in our business as more families realise that keeping their family members safe in their own homes may be the best option. Therefore, we are still recruiting flexible, kind and reliable CAREGivers in anticipation of this growth. We are looking for people who are happy to work a selection of shifts between 8.00am - 2.00pm and 4.00pm - 10.00 pm and who can cover some shifts on alternate week-ends. These times are not set in stone we are happy to work flexibly with you on times and number of days/evenings that you can cover. You must have your own transport to enable you to visit some of our clients who live in remote villages that are not well serviced by public transport.You must also reside in Welwyn Garden, Hatfield, Borehamwood, Potters Bar and the local villages as we recruit local people for local clients. You can either be working in care already or someone who has been considering a change of career and would like to find out more about it.
