Lead Agile Delivery Manager - London - Up to £85,000 An Agile Delivery Manager is required to join a rapidly growing pharmaceutical technology firm based in London. My client is undergoing a heavily invested technology strategy fuelled from innovation. As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will take ownership in implementing and managing agile delivery processes alongside driving improvements in quality and speed of delivery. In addition to, supporting the cross functional technical teams. The successful Agile Delivery Manager will have proven experience implementing agile from scratch in transformation projects alongside possessing strong experience in working with cross functional technical teams and data focused projects. Key Skills, Knowledge& Experience: * Scrum Master Certification (CSM/ PSM I) and proven experience as a Scrum Master * Strong experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies * Good knowledge of agile methodologies * Proven experience supporting multiple software development teams * Strong experience with continuous improvement and removing impediments * Good knowledge/ experience with TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration and Delivery * Experience with JIRA and Confluence * Excellent Stakeholder Management * Excellent Communication Skills Lead Agile Delivery Manager - London - Up to £85,000
