Job Description
Group Details: The team is an entrepreneurial cross-product/asset team operating across multiple regions in IRS, CDS & Cash. They are focused on electronifying new markets (EMIRS and local currency cash) while also looking to expand Tradeweb's existing products into new geographies. The group currently provides an electronic solution for EM participants with deep breadth across IRS, CDS & Cash, including China. Job Responsibilities: * Work with the Global Head of EM and respective product managers to deliver the global FI bond/derivatives strategy. * Harmonize EM platform connectivity, functionality and, Client On-boarding with internal stakeholders. * Buy-side relationship management and sales responsibility, including identification of new prospect accounts, on-boarding and managing on-going relationships; Liaise with existing sales teams to effectively promote EM offerings and find opportunities to cross-sell. * Create functional specs and liaise between the FI Product Managers and Development teams to ensure effective and timely product enhancements. * Support the Global Head of EM in the creation, preparation and delivery of reports and presentations to provide management information and key business data -both internally and externally. * Understand dealer / customer perspective within the global and local EM FI space and effectively translate into platform deliverables. * Help educate clients on how they could maximize usage of the Tradeweb platform and market data products, providing reports and product demonstrations as necessary * Keep up to date with market developments and competitor intelligence to maintain/gain competitive advantage. * Expert understating of the Emerging Markets strategy and community * Able to work independently and comfortable with frequent travels across Asia / CIS region * 5 years working in electronic trading/e-commerce/sales or trading * A previous track record of analytical/research experience in Emerging Markets is required. * Ability to drive and execute a product development / sales strategy About Tradeweb: Tradeweb Markets Inc.
