RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES As a Commercial Planning Manager you will have a broad overview of the business and will work closely with the Commercial team management to prepare an effective plan aligned with the Company Strategy. The objective of this role is to ensure all needed actions are recorded and that projects are completed on time with maximum efficiency. Your role will include, but is by no means limited to: * Prepare and take ownership of the broad Commercial Action Plan aligned with the Strategic goals of the company: track delivery, development time, deadlines plus more * On an ongoing basis communicate to the wider teams of the company updated on the status of the Action Plan and potential actions to facilitate completion of the company strategy. This can also include facilitating the inclusion of new ideas from the Commercial team as the business environment changes * Take responsibility for identifying main milestones, potential risks to the current plan and propose as well as analyse possible solutions that could apply to ensure completion of deadlines on time * Develop existing processes and implement new solutions to improve working efficiencies Requirements * The successful candidate will have a broad background and experience in the following skills: * At least 2 years experience in the area of project management * Be comfortable analysing large volumes of data sets and manipulating to provide meaningful information * Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills * Self-motivated with a willingness to work autonomously in a fast paced, high pressured environment * A desire to drive continuous improvement * Advanced MS Project, Excel are essential * Experience in Financial Industry would be an advantage Benefits * Competitive remuneration package including private medical insurance * 25 days holiday + bank holidays FXTM brand is authorized and regulated in various jurisdictions.
