We are looking for entrepreneurial talent and creativity to help support the quality and uniqueness of our research. As part of a global team of Research Associates, you'll work closely with our investment professionals to help evaluate investment opportunities. You'll assemble and review data, conduct analyses, and research industry groups and individual securities. You'll partner with analysts and portfolio managers contributing to Capital's research process. What you'll do: * Research companies and themes across several industries and geographies. * Analyze and interpret data, decomposing a business model into its unit economics and make reasonable forecasts. * Interpret financial results, build and maintain financial models, and derive valuation using various methods. * Make effective use of market data applications (e.g., FactSet, CapIQ, Bloomberg) to find solutions for managing data. * Work on special research projects to help support Capital's investment professionals. What we're looking for: * Genuine interest in the financial markets and knowledge of the investment industry. * Working knowledge of financial statement analysis, forecasting and valuation. * Able to draw conclusions and distill information into clear points. * Effectively communicate with persuasive investment writing skills * Adapt to a diverse group of individuals, work styles, and expectations. * Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
