Mechanical Draughtsperson Norwich £28,000 - £32,000 This Engineering Company specialise in the design & manufacture of special purpose machinery and has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Draughtsperson to join their dynamic team to support current & future growth. This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in Engineering and gain hands-on management experience in a thriving and supportive workplace. Based within the Research & Development team, you ll be working closely with several parts of the business, with the ultimate goal of providing their customers with the best engineered solution possible. This exciting position also offers opportunity to progress within the business. Responsibilities * Carry out the mechanical design and draughting requirements of assigned projects. * Respond, as necessary, to technical queries raised by other departments and suppliers. * Aid Sales, Project Management and Service in customer support. This might entail site visits from time to time including overseas travel. * Maintain and improve the quality of the company products and systems within the drawing office. * Aid Planning Department to explode Works Orders and produce routings, when required.
