The Role We are looking for a Change Management professional who can work as part of our team to drive and implement the core vision of BDG's Change Management Program. This includes vision and value, leadership engagement, communications, training solutions, change readiness and organization alignment. The position will integrate closely with the design, project management, and workplace strategy teams to assess readiness for change, gather communications needs, develop materials, deliver and track communications, meet timelines, drive culture, and assist to achieve project goals. This person will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time by focusing on the people side of change as relates to workplace, design, technology. The primary responsibility will be partnering to drive the BDG program and developing/implementing change management initiatives that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance. Travel internationally to support our clients. Responsibilities Support our change management strategy for our clients and their projects across areas such as Vision/Value Definition, Change Readiness, Leadership Engagement, Organization Alignment, and Training Thrive in a start-up environment to drive complex and high-priority projects with competing priorities, resourcing levels, and time constraints. Identify and document organizational impacts of change initiatives. Identify the necessary communication needs, preferred approach and key indicators for each project or initiative as part of an overall change program. Develop training and other change management materials related to changes in people, workplace, design, process, and technology. Work in the wider team to coordinate timing and delivery of change and training. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the design process, timelines, and key milestones Utilize innovation, creative approaches and continuous improvement to drive change management materials and other technology-related content to improve the absorption and adoption of key messages Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of change program Foster and maintain an excellent working relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and work with client management and staff at all levels Preferred qualifications, skills and attitudes Good time-management skills to meet multiple deadlines Confident client handling and presentation skills Excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail Fluent in English - verbal and written Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite(InDesign) and Microsoft Office Benefits On joining BDG you can expect to be competitively rewarded for your hard work.
