Overview
My client, a leading Property Firm is looking for a Finance Manager to join their expanding team. The company has recently developed several properties to expand their growing portfolio. As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for delivering value added commercial analysis and monthly Accounting property portfolio. This will involve business partnering with Operation Managers assisting with budgeting and forecasting, reporting directly into the Group Financial Controller. Provide information and resolve issues raised by both external and internal auditors Prepare accurate full Profit & Loss account with analysis and commentary, Balance Sheet extracts and reconciliations, and detailed Project Profitability reporting Collate challenging, realistic, rolling, three-monthly Profit & Loss forecasts together with annual expectations Prepare cost-benefit reports and pro-active analytical works to facilitate continuous improvement of Business Unit performance Provide financial and contract support leadership and direction in the Business Implement improvements, drive change, raise standards through the direct and indirect management of staff Fully comprehend the financial and commercial detail of the business to ensure optimal performance and risk management Act as a specialist partner to the Directors to both advise and challenge senior management on business performance Candidates will be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, the ability to adapt to a changing environment and a strong ability to deliver to deadlines. Candidates will be a Qualified ACA Accountants looking for their first mover into Industry.
