Overview
An attractive role with the opportunity to work as part of a team, repsonsible for learning and development programmes within the organsiation. Client Details Our client is a well known established organisation on the outskirts of Wakefield. Description As part of the L&D team you will be responsible for working with the organisation's employees and stakeholders on key change initiatives, and learning and development solutions, whilst delivering training solutions. You will be responsible for coaching leaders and employees towards finding solutions for business priorities, as well as assessing and evaluating lean ring, and assisting employees and managers in achieving their work and career goals. You will act as a representative for the organisation at external groups and events, whilst ensuring good practise is maintained at all times. Profile To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the below: CIPD Level 7 Qualified or willing to work towards this level - Essential Have access to a car as the role will require travel on a daily basis - Essential Excellent project management planning and organisational skills - Essential Experience of managing people in various situations - Desirable Ability to present employee development material effectively - Essential Job Offer A competitive salary benefits package.
