Overview
My client specialises in recruiting for vertical markets within the IT and Engineering industry. Recently recognised by the Sunday Times as one of the top 100 companies to work for, they have established offices globally and are currently recruiting for their busy Reading office. This is a great vacancy to suit a tenacious and goal-driven candidate with a minimum of 18 months 360-recruitment experience and proven billings. Eligible candidates will be confident; articulate; IT literate and have a competitive attitude. The Company- Based in Reading city centre, my Client is easily accessible from public transport links. The company provides quality in-class training to all its consultants through its award-winning training programme and fast-track scheme; outlying the career progression from trainee to director level. As part of this rapidly growing business a Senior Recruitment Consultant can realistically expect to progress to Principle Consultant/ Team Leader after 18 months. The Role- The successful candidate will be expected to work a full 360 role: advertising job roles; managing the interview process from initial contact to close; developing existing business and generating new business leads. Recruiters will work either permanent or contract roles, focussing on a particular vertical-market within the region.
