Assistant Kitchen Manager - Revolucion de Cuba - Revolucion de Cuba Bristol Salary £24,000 - £26,000 We are looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef who has a proven track record in maintaining standards, recruiting and then training their teams and have bags of ambition. You will be instrumental in leading this large team and delivering an amazing customer experience. You will need experience in branded food operations and be able to maintain the highest of standards. The exciting Cantina menu, including Tapas and Main courses will keep your taste buds tingling, and with fresh menus arriving in the site throughout the year you are bound to be kept exciting With a large restaurant area there will never be a dull moment The fresh menu, and volume of prep needed will be a real challenge for the successful candidate. The progression is into a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager role, in which you will manage every aspect of your kitchen's operation. Responsibilities include the recruitment and development of junior chefs, and ensuring all kitchen staff are trained to company standard. You will ensure your kitchen achieves all financial targets and GPs, aiding in sales initiatives, and meet brand standard expectations. The Revolucion de Cuba brand is totally unique.
