Position: Project Manager Location: Finzels Reach, Bristol Job type: Full Time, Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum Benefits: 33 days holiday including 8 bank holidays and birthday day off. 5 x salary life insurance, 5% employer pension contribution, paid sick leave, happy to talk flexible working. Closing Date: Monday 6th July About the role: Ecosurety are looking for a senior project manager to manage and lead several new projects that may evolve to become core business activities. Leading delivery in our "Discovery Team" this role will enable several new opportunities, that have evolved from our core business, to be delivered. The Project Manager will need to manage multiple stakeholders, both within the company and externally, gain their engagement and provide structure so they deliver results. There are a number of new projects in the pipeline and the successful candidate would also be expected to network with our existing contacts to develop further opportunities. This is a chance to get in at the beginning of a new stage in the growth of the company and shape the new role. Responsibilities: - Oversee multiple projects, using clear project management methodology and produce reports on progress - Run a selection of projects and ensure a standardised approach is applied by all non-specialist project managers - Act as specialist in project management, coaching, training, and supporting team members who are running internal projects - Apply for funding that will secure future projects - Maintain financial controls over all company projects and ensure clarity in commercial reporting - Work with our Quality Manager to ensure standardised, but adaptable documentation for project management. - Search for new projects, attending industry events, meeting and liaising with our client facing teams. - Provide input and guidance to professionalise the broader operations of the company About you: - Experienced in project management (at least 2 years) - Recognised project management qualifications - Strong commercial and financial acumen - Senior leadership experience - Experience in environmental sector desirable but not essential - Strong ability to communicate logically and objectively, both verbally and written - Great people and coaching skills - IT literacy and experience with project management tools - Ability to take on new (often technical) information quickly - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, gain engagement and drive results - Full UK drivers' licence You may have experience of the following: Project Manager, Project Management, Project Coordinator, Programme Manager, Programme Management, Stakeholder Management, People Management, Coaching, Training, etc. Ref: 93287
