Overview
Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a 6 month secondment within the Medicine Division at North Bristol NHS Trust for a full-time Senior Support Manager - Performance Improvement. Candidates will need to have a solid understanding of RTT, the PAS system (currently Lorenzo), eRS and data quality. The individual will oversee the admitted and non-admitted RTT and cancer pathways, weekly validations, same day cancelled operations, TCIs in the past and other Government targets. The postholder will also be required to have detailed knowledge of the pan-Bristol Patient Access Policy, and will have an overview of the waiting lists, cashing-up and will need to have very good knowledge of the outpatient standards, and promote those standards within the Division. Candidates will be required to work closely with key stakeholders within the Division and the wider Trust, such as managers and clinicians, and will attend a number of meetings including the Division Performance and Operations Performance.
