Overview
Our client a fresh food manufacturer are looking to strengthen their team by employing a Quality Manager role. Taking responsibility for all aspects of quality, mainly policing the production to ensure that the specifications are being followed, whilst working with the technical manager with BRC etc. Previous experience within a similar role along with BRC experience is essential. Essential Candidate Background Previous Quality Manager within food manufacturing BRC experience High level of attention to detail Strong communication skills and a desire to learn Flexible due to rota incorporating weekend work HACCP, food safety and auditing skills Technical/Quality background with a proven experience in a Quality Assurance role; Possess the appropriate level of technical knowledge and ability; Experience of working in a chilled food manufacturing environment; Need to be fully flexible with working hours
