Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join NHS Tayside This is a key post within the Locality management team, post holder will: - * Support the Clinical & Professional Team Managers, Senior Charge Nurses and Team Leaders to take forward projects within Perth City Locality Teams in line with integration agenda * Work collaboratively as part of multidisciplinary teams with clinicians and other members of the wider team to manage change, promote improvement and support locality team governance agenda * Work using their own initiative and deal effectively with a wide range of organisational duties * Support CPTMS to manage and develop the performance of the teams. * Contribute to the delivery of the organisations objectives An ability to travel independently across the locality is essential Hours of work are: 0900-1700 some flexibility of days and hours possible Informal enquiries to: sally.forlong@nhs.net NHS Tayside is committed to equality and diversity and welcomes applicants from all sections of the community.
