Overview

Permanent role paying up to £34,000 plus benefits Location: London, Canary Wharf If you have financial and procurement experience, particularly using contract management systems, have an analytical approach and want to support the commercial procurement team at Nest, then we would like to hear from you. The Commercial Procurement Analyst will: Own the Nest credit card process Manage the contract database Onboard new suppliers Provide procurement advice Support the wider procurement team with all admin tasks such as diary management; note taking; booking meetings; reporting and tracking activities Manage procurement deadlines for the wider team The directorate & team The Nest Procurement and Finance Directorate is split into the following areas: Procurement, Contract Management, Accounts Payables, Management and Financial Accounts for NEST Corporation, Business Partnering, and Planning. Part of the Commercial Procurement team, the Procurement Analyst will contribute to the efficient and accurate delivery of Procurement, Purchase to Pay services and Contract Management to the organisation Experience & Technical skills Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience of working with contract management systems such as Bravo would be advantageous Experience of working with Purchase to Pay systems and Sage is advantageous Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders Strong sense of accountability Personal attributes required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Logical thought process High accuracy and attention to details Demonstrate sound work ethics Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning all Nest documents The incumbent would normally attain the required knowledge and skills with related financial and procurement experience.
