Support Worker / Care Assistant Bournemouth / Southbourne Full time and Part time available Driver licence required We are looking for Support Workers in Bournemouth / Southbourne to cover various shifts from full time and part time. We offer fantastic benefits, training and a great team environment. We are looking for people who share our values and can support someone to have the life they want to live. The role will involve supporting 2 ladies in their adapted bungalow with a beautiful large garden. They enjoy going out in the nice weather, attending a morning club and also visit a sensory centre. Both ladies are wheelchair users, require hoisting and full support with personal care. Both ladies are non-verbal, but enjoy listening to music, one lady likes to be read to, watches films and enjoys going out in her car. Shift patterns vary throughout the week - 7am - 3pm / 2:30pm - 9/10pm / long days / alternate weekends and mid shifts.
