WAKING NIGHT SUPPORT WORKER NEAR BOURNEMOUTH, DORSET (BH25) APPLY NOW FOR INSTANT WHATS APP INTERVIEWS AND SAME DAY DECISIONS! CORE HOURS BETWEEN 8PM AND 8AM WITH ALTERNATE WEEKENDS UP TO £20769 PER ANNUM (BASED ON 42 HOUR CONTRACT). PART TIME CONTRACTS ALSO AVAILABLE A specialist brand new state of the art supported living (18 individual flats) in New Milton is recruiting for Waking Night Support Workers to help provide care and support for the adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. The ideal Waking Night Support Worker you will have bags of passion while always considering the resident's choices, their views and respecting their independence. Due to the location you ideally will be a Car Driver but non drivers will be considered. As a Waking Night Support Worker your duties will include: * Day to day support including medicine * Helping them in the flats e.g. cooking, cleaning, watching tv * Personal care * Dealing with challenging behaviour * Non-verbal communication What are we looking for in a Waking Night Support Worker?
