Deputy Catering Manager - Oxford Area - Contract Catering - Up to 32k We are currently looking for a highly experienced Deputy Catering Manager to oversee a busy, prestigious school in the heart of Oxford. The site itself boasts a fresh food culture and innovative food offering. The ideal candidate MUST have previous experience at a senior management level and a proven track record of dealing with a standards driven client. You will help the General Catering Manager oversee a strong team including the a talented head chef and reliable front of house operation. Financially astute with regards to budgets and labour expenditure is essential. Customer service must be a focus whilst delivering the high standards the client expects. In exchange for these qualities you will have the opportunity to work for one of the biggest contract catering organisations in the UK and for the perfect candidate progression would be available with commitment shown. As you will be working within a school environment, a full DBS check will be conducted prior to anyone starting in the position. As the school has overnight boarders the operation is 7 days a week so shift patterns would cover 5 out of 7 working early and late shifts.
