Overview
We are looking for a Deputy Manager for a medium sized nursing home in Bletchingdon, Oxfordshire. The nursing home offers nursing care to the elderly as well as specialist nursing care for dementia. The successful deputy manager nurse will be joining a small private company who pride themselves on the excellent reputation of their homes. The Deputy Manager will work full time and will be responsible for the care delivery in the home. Reporting to the home manager, you will work closely with the care team ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered at all times. You will be responsible for the clinical compliance of the home as well as the overall performance management of the team members. The successful deputy manager should have completed the nursing qualification in general nursing RGN .
