Head Chef - £40k - Plus bonuses A very exciting new opening is on the horizon with a world renowned Chef behind the helm. A one of a kind opening, A once in a lifetime opportunity. Are you ready to hit the big time? The Chef we need Star quality Consistent and current background in rosettes or Michelin recognised kitchens is a must No job hoppers - this is a long term project A great cook but also a great mentor A very strong Sous Chef with a solid 5 years at this level may be considered The Job in hand Build a strong brigade who are capable of big things Create show stopping dishes Win awards - are you ready? Success of the restaurant will be down to you but you will be closely mentored by a serial michelin star winner and veteran chef For this role you must have a background in rosette, michelin or kitchens creating food of that level. It's not the accolade we want, it's the creativity and the skill that comes with it.
