The Role The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Litigation Partner into their City of London office. You will be at the forefront of this growing litigation department, you will drive the department forwards and will have the support from the other Partners, but the autonomy to make the department your own. You will deal with a high-quality caseload of company commercial matters which includes; contract disputes, professional negligence claims, debt recovery, director and shareholder actions, company disputes, insolvency and some cross-border litigation. You will be given the investment you need to market and grow your practice. Requirements: You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE) A meticulous eye for detail is essential Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is to advantage but is not essential Salary & Benefits: Salary is above market rate, with equity on the table for the right candidate As a Partner of this firm you will be given good benefits such as work/life balance, annual leave, working from home and private health care.
