The Role and Responsibilities The new Commercial Lawyer will be dealing with work arising from SMEs such as: Company formations Sales & acquisitions Commercial contracts Licensing agreements. The Candidate The firm seek to appoint a company / commercial lawyer who can demonstrate: At least 3 years of PQE Solid experience in the above responsibilities Experience of business development and marketing is advantageous Ideally you will come from a good London or regional firm Benefits The new company / commercial lawyer will be joining a firm that is undergoing a rapid period of growth and has ambitious plans. Due to the current set up of the department this position carries excellent prospects for partnership .
