Overview
Technical Sales Administrator £21,000 Gloucester business park My Gloucester based client are seeking a Technical Sales Administrator to join their friendly team. Full training is provided within this role however we are ideally seeking someone with a proven track record of going above and beyond for customers whilst working accurately and efficiently. Full continuous training is provided and this company always encourage further development within the role. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Creating quotations for customers Create service quotes Undertake company technical training to be able to help customers with their requirements Upkeep of CRM database Liaise with customers and suppliers, at all levels Accurately process orders Answer incomming calls and pass on messages in appropriate and timely manner Update and maintain Website and Web Shop Update social media Assist with SEO once trained (training given) Purchase ledger Compiling paperwork to send to customers Fire Marshall (training given) First Aider (training given) General office duties including scanning, filing and general office upkeep Respond to adhoc requests from members of the team Compiling and actioning monthly reports Attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills Key attributes: Able to work accurately Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills, able to deal with all types of customers A can-do attitude and motivated to succeed Team Player Benefits: Sociable company culture/ quarterly outings Profit share Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Full training provided, further training encouraged Holiday increase based on attendance record Free parking Perkbox If this role is of interest to you then please get in contact with GEORGIE at i2i Recruitment today for immediate consideration We like to speak to every application, but due to the current climate this is not always possible.
