Overview
Senior Care worker Location: Reading and surrounding area, Salary: £21,500 pa plus on call allowance Contract: Permanent, Full time Hours: 40 hours per week Royle Care is a domiciliary care company based in Reading supporting clients to live independent lives in their own home. As a growing business are currently recruiting friendly, caring and reliable male and female Senior Care Workers who will remain committed to maintaining our client’s independence, dignity and well-being. There are 3 vacancies available. Senior Care workers - Main Duties : Main duties to include: Provide care and support to clients Supervising Care Workers by regular spot checks and working alongside all staff Introduce Care Workers to new clients Act as mentor to new Care Workers Carry out client reviews Ensure continuity of care to clients Take the on-call phone on a rota basis Care work to senior work ratio 75:25 The successful candidate will have: At least 2 years’ experience of working within care Have or working towards QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care Have a flexible approach to working A full driving licence and access to a car for work are essential We are looking to hold interviews and hire the right candidate ASAP so, if you feel you have the necessary skills and experience to be successful in this role click on "APPLY" today, forwarding an up to date copy of your CV for consideration in the first instance.
