We are looking for a professional and dedicated Senior Claims Handler to join our thriving and fast growing team in Southampton. Working closely with your client base and Loss Adjusters, you will work on a varied caseload of Major and Complex Property claims from cradle to grave. Experience in handling property matters is ideal however knowledge within other insurance specialisms What we are looking for: Ability to deliver a first class end to end claims handling service - progressing claims efficiently and fairly in a manner that supports the customer and partners our insurance clients brand and values. Understand the nature of the claim and set a strategy for resolution understanding each individual demand and likely outcome. Really understand what matters to the customer and put this first to adopt getting it right first time to enhance the customer experience. Able to take sole responsibility for every claim personally handled - ensure parties are kept informed and work with others to build on end to end flow. Ability to build strong relations with colleagues, brokers and suppliers to ensure seamless claims handling service. Can you say yes to the following? Cert CII Qualified (or willingness to work towards) Experience in handling Claims on a cradle to grave basis Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to convey technical information in a clear and concise way.
