Commercial Accountant - Creative Agency - Central London Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively alongside a reputable agency in London, who are on the lookout to for a Commercial Accountant. Key Requirements You must have a strong commercial and analytical background. You should enjoy operating behind the numbers, spending time away from your desk and work closely with other departments in the agency, using information to drive working capital of the business. From a cultural perspective they're looking for a team member who'll be proactive, confident with a willingness to learn. Culturally the agency is incredibly supportive, lively and fun, departments are well-integrated ensuring there's a close-knit, positive relationship amongst team members. Key Responsibilities Review client contractual documents Prepare pricing and budgets for all client projects Work closely with the Account Teams and be totally involved in the project finances Actual vs budget reconciliation and analysis with variance commentary on projects for various clients Prepare finance pack and to hold meetings with account managers to discuss actuals vs budget, WIP, aged debtors, billing and other issues Prepare revenue packs with variance commentary to budget and periodic variances Assist with revenue forecasting and recognition Assist with unpaid invoice issues Manage the submissions of project time sheets/expenses of the Account Teams for reporting purposes Working to tight deadlines built into the monthly cycle of work Bonus skills: Agency experience Package: £34,000 - £40,000 Study Support Please get in touch at or give me a call on .
