Overview
Working on in IT helpdesk, this role is focused on providing support to all users, both onsite and in remote locations. Job Description: Resolving users support calls Managing support calls throughout their life cycle Using proprietary Service Desk to handle support calls Provide consistently professional and high-quality interface between Systems Support and its customers Dealing with hardware builds of laptops and desktops via Microsoft SCCM Application installation via Microsoft SCCM Liaising with external resources such as suppliers, manufacturers and support providers Essential Skills/Knowledge: Operating Systems - Windows 7, Windows 2008, Windows 2012 Client Applications - Microsoft Office, Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business Hardware - First level PC maintenance (replacing PC memory, hard disks, graphics Cards) Person Specification: Ability to provide training to other team members, and other employees Ambitious and willing to work towards specialisation in corporate systems Excellent communications and interpersonal skills Good documentation skills Previous experience in IT Infrastructure support and fault finding Additional Information: Based in Leatherhead £22,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm 20 days holiday per annum bank holidays Pension scheme Free Parking We appreciate the time you took to apply for this vacancy, however due to the high level of applications that we receive, we can only respond to successful candidates.
