Overview

Our client, a forward-thinking technology company, operating within a niche sector, is looking for a Support and Services Team Leader with previous experience of a SAS customer support desk. The role is a mix of team management and coaching with practical day to day client contact so you will play an integral role managing escalations and ensuring users receive high quality support and services. Candidates should have the following skills and attributes: - Experience of using Zendesk or a similar tool for managing support tickets Experience of working within an ITIL (or similar) framework Strong problem analysis and solution development skills Able to run and priorities activities across multiple channels and manage risks Able to create a high performing and motivated team Build and maintain professional relationships with multiple stakeholders This is working in a fun, fast-paced and forward-thinking environment This role will pay £30,000 benefits We appreciate the time you took to apply for this vacancy, however due to the high level of applications that we receive, we can only respond to successful candidates.
