Overview
Our client, a Croydon based global service provider are looking to recruit a part-time Finance Manager. This role could suit a parent returner looking for a part time hours. The hours will be either 3 full days or equivalent hours spread over 4/5 days. You will be a team player capable of working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible attitude. This standalone role will includes : · Overseeing all company accounts · Creating monthly and annual reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cashflow) · Managing cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports with CEO · Managing VAT, Intrastat and Duty reporting for multiple countries ensuring timely accurate submissions · Payroll for thirty staff · Ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported and reconciliations are carried out to validate this · Establishing and implementing financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation · Examination of all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies · Creating systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations · Liaising with overseas offices You will ideally have Quickbooks experience, though this is not essential An accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) and Knowledge/Experience of EU VAT and Intrastat reporting would be preferable too Finance and with at least two years Management Accounts experience is essential FTE salary is £35,000 to £40,000 per annum. 3 full days or equivalent hours spread over 4/5 days Contact us now to find out more about this great part time finance role
