Head of Infrastructure
Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Manage the operations and delivery of all our clients IT infrastructure services for our clients (e.g. network, data centre, workplace and security services) Manage the Service Management Processes (e.g. change, problem and incident management) in alignment with the global process standards and in close collaboration with the central service management teams and the customer Manage various stakeholders relationship with external agencies. Strong direct reports and people management experience, developing and setting out career goals for team Proactively support the transformation from local services to standard services and the decommissioning of local legacy systems Ensure the evolution and innovation of the infrastructure supporting our clients UK business model according to standard, architecture guidelines and priorities (e.g. towards cloud infrastructure) Head of infrastructure background experience Experience in delivering large projects with international teams Experience in leading multiple international and virtual teams; solid collaboration and negotiation skills to manage the complex interdependencies of multiple key stakeholders on local and group level Experience in demand management from the provider's point of view and planning; budget and cost controlling and preparation for the Strategic and Planning Dialogue Experience in IT service delivery management, lifecycle management of IT solutions for the remaining local services
