The role will be based in Guildford and covers Surrey and the surrounding area and will be actively managing the New Homes projects for the company. You will need to have extensive experience in New Home Sales and Site Office Sales management as well as a general understanding of Land sourcing, Acquisition, Planning, Development. A solid understanding of Estate Agency branch management and the property sales process is also essential. You will need to be passionate, energetic and enthusiastic, patient and the type of individual who seeks out opportunities. The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in Land and New homes sector , extensive Estate Agency experience and team management experience .
