Overview
Our client, a leading Financial Services Group, would like to appoint an experienced RPA Program Manager to lead and manage a growing team of RPA Consultants who are developing and deploying Blue Prism Cloud RPA solutions across their business operation portfolio RPA Program Manager responsibilities: Day to day lead on a growing book of internal automation projects, ensuring automation solutions are delivered on time and budget Full lifecycle creation & management of RPA pipeline from initiation to go live & handover Ensure client stakeholders are managed effectively & updated on progress, with risks and issues managed Work closely with the Executive sponsor to ensure all automations have measurable benefits and are aligned with strategic business objectives Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle and for establishing and operationalising 'best practice' Ensuring project documentation is fit for purpose and of a consistently high standard across all projects Release management, scope management and change management Risk, issue management and resolution Communication and effective relationship management with vendor partners (Blue Prism/ thoughtonomy etc) Build and maintain strong relationships with internal client stakeholders (Business, IT) Prior experience/ profile: Project/ Program Management experience within dynamic environments, working on Digital Transformation programs People management experience Client stakeholder management Tech savvy with strong and current working knowledge of leading RPA tools like Blueprism Consultancy/ professional services pedigree This is great opportunity to join an ambitious Digital team to spearhead the delivery of cutting edge digital Automations across a large and dynamic Financial Services portfolio business
