Building Surveyor Role-Bolton Based-Permanent Role-Salary Dependent On Applicant Your new company You will be working for a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Preston who are a looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their team. The company deals with the public and private sector with their work being focused around the built environment. They cover a range of services from Building Surveying, dispute management, insurance services etc. The company deal with varied projects across many sectors such as Residential, Affordable Housing, Education, Office, Retail and Health & Leisure. You will be joining a reputable company who are extremely busy with consistent work which requires growth to their team. Your new role You will be joining the Building Surveying team covering the UK with lots of their work covering the midlands and London. You will be required to undertake inspections which will be carried out for insurance companies. You will be assessing the damage to the property, meeting the loss adjusters and writing reports which require a quick turn around. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have two years practical experience which will include inspections and report writing. You will need to be leading up to APC completion or be a qualified Building Surveyor. It is desirable for you to have worked in a private practice environment previously.
