Overview
St. George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is one of the UK's largest teaching hospitals and one of the largest hospitals in Europe. With an income of £900m and a staff of 9,000 St. George’s is responsible for the health and care of 1.3m people across southwest London. St. George’s is now looking to recruit a new Chief People Officer (CPO) to support the Chief Executive in the development and delivery of a trust-wide transformation agenda. As a key member of the corporate management of the Trust, you will provide strategic and operational advice with a strong focus on cultural change to ensure the Trust meets its ambitions. You will represent the organisation to relevant partners, other NHS bodies, regulators, voluntary sector, and other relevant organisations, developing constructive relationships to the benefit of the Trust. We are looking for an experienced CPO/HRD with a proven track record of both organisational and cultural transformation gained in complex organisations of scale. You will also possess strong leadership and influencing skills with a demonstrable ability to rapidly gain the confidence and trust of a broad range of senior stakeholders.
